Here are some natural (and FREE) ways to show stress who's boss.

  • See the glass as half full, rather than half empty.

  • Spend some time in silence everyday. This is time for YOU, to reflect, slow your breathing and just be in the moment.


  • Call or do something for someone you care about.

  • Watch a sunrise or a sunset.
